Simple Modules of Classical Linear Groups with Normal Closures of Maximal Torus Orbits [PDF]
Let T be a maximal torus in a classical linear group G. In this paper we find all simple rational G-modules V such that for each vector v in V the closure of its T-orbit is a normal affine variety. For every other G-module we present a T-orbit with the non-normal closure.

Invariant Gorenstein Rings On 3 Dimensional Spaces [PDF]
This is my master thesis, under the supervision of Professor Amiram Braun. We classify in these paper the Gorenstein invariant rings in the modular case, where the group that acts on the 3-variable polynomial ring is finite , and the Char (F)=p divides the order of this group. We divide our work into several cases that discuss all the situations of the

Finite-dimensional vertex algebra modules over fixed point differential subfields
Let $K$ be a differential field over $\C$ with derivation $D$, $G$ a finite linear automorphism group over $K$ which preserves $D$, and $K^G$ the fixed point subfield of $K$ under the action of $G$. We show that every finite-dimensional vertex algebra $K^

Tensor products and multipliers of L1(G)-modules
AbstractIn [7] Rieffel is concerned with a locally compact group G and the problem of finding a concrete representation of Lp(G) ⊗L Lq(G), the tensor product of the L1(G)-modules Lp(G) and Lq(G). He shows that under some conditions Lp(G) ⊗L Lq(G) is isometrically isomorphic to a function space called Apq(G). Motivated by a theorem of Gaudry ([1]; Ch. V,

Presurgery 72‐h fasting in GB patients leads to adaptations of plasma lipids and polar metabolites. Fasting reduces lysophosphatidylcholines and increases free fatty acids, shifts triglycerides toward long‐chain TGs and increases branched‐chain amino acids, alpha aminobutyric acid, and uric acid.

Representations With a Reduced Null Cone [PDF]
Let G be a complex reductive group and V a G-module. Let \pi: V \to V//G be the quotient morphism and set N(V) = \pi^{-1}(\pi(0)). We consider the following question. Is the null cone N(V) reduced, i.e., is the ideal of N(V) generated by G-invariant polynomials?

The homotopy orbit spectrum for profinite groups
Let G be a profinite group. We define an S[[G]]-module to be a G-spectrum X that satisfies certain conditions, and, given an S[[G]]-module X, we define the homotopy orbit spectrum X_{hG}.

Transcriptome‐wide analysis of circRNA and RBP profiles and their molecular relevance for GBM
CircRNAs are differentially expressed in glioblastoma primary tumors and might serve as therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers. The investigation of circRNA and RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs) interactions shows that distinct RBPs play a role in circRNA biogenesis and function.

Methylene Blue Degradation Using Non-Thermal Plasma
Methylene blue (C16H18ClN3) dye can be decomposed using non-thermal plasma. However, there is a problem in that the maintenance of electrodes and dielectrics is necessary due to the durability and heat generation problems due to the high temperatures ...

Failure mode analysis of electronic detonator under high overload condition
Under different overload conditions, the split Hopkins method was used to test the high overload performance of the electronic detonator and the failure status of each electronic detonator component was obtained.
