Coding Schemes for a Class of Receiver Message Side Information in AWGN Broadcast Channels
This paper considers the three-receiver AWGN broadcast channel where the receivers (i) have private-message requests and (ii) know some of the messages requested by other receivers as side information.

Birational properties of some moduli spaces related to tetragonal curves of genus 7
Let M_{7,n} be the (coarse) moduli space of smooth curves of genus 7 with n marked points defined over the complex field. We denote by M^1_{7,n;4} the locus of points inside M_{7,n} representing curves carrying a g^1_4.

A Foreground Masking Strategy for [CII] Intensity Mapping Experiments Using Galaxies Selected by Stellar Mass and Redshift [PDF]
Intensity mapping provides a unique means to probe the epoch of reionization (EoR), when the neutral intergalactic medium was ionized by the energetic photons emitted from the first galaxies.

A fatal 3‐chloro‐phencyclidine (3‐Cl‐PCP) intoxication was investigated by analyzing postmortem samples and a pooled human liver microsomes assay. Tentative metabolite identification was performed by liquid chromatography‐quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (LC‐QTOF‐MS). Seven phase I metabolites were identified.

We present a variation of the NAHE-basis for free fermionic heterotic string models. By rotating some of the boundary conditions of the NAHE periodic/anti-periodic fermions {y^m, \bar{y}^m, w^m, \bar{w}^m,}, for m = 1 to 6, associated with the six ...

Extensive light profile fitting of galaxy-scale strong lenses [PDF]
We investigate the merits of a massive forward modeling of ground-based optical imaging as a diagnostic for the strong lensing nature of Early-Type Galaxies, in the light of which blurred and faint Einstein rings can hide.

ABSTRACT Objective This one‐year randomized clinical trial compared the effects of mandibular implant‐overdentures (IODs) on two two‐piece regular‐neck tissue‐level implants (Group A) or on four mini‐implants (Group B) with different loading protocols in edentulous patients concerning dental Patient‐Reported Outcomes (dPROs).

Spiral and bar driven peculiar velocities in Milky Way sized galaxy simulations [PDF]
We investigate the kinematic signatures induced by spiral and bar structure in a set of simulations of Milky Way-sized spiral disc galaxies. The set includes test particle simulations that follow a quasi-stationary density wave-like scenario with rigidly

ABSTRACT Objective This systematic review and meta‐analysis evaluated the relationship between nutritional status and the oral health of older adults (aged 75 years or older). The PECO focus question was, ‘What is the occurrence, association and impact of nutritional state on the oral health outcomes and its management in older adults?’ Methods A ...

(Abridged) Star formation-driven outflows are a critical phenomenon in theoretical treatments of galaxy evolution, despite the limited ability of observations to trace them across cosmological timescales.
