A G3-PLC simulator for access networks

18th IEEE International Symposium on Power Line Communications and Its Applications, 2014
The paper proposes a cross-platform simulator that allows to realistically simulate G3-PLC systems up to the network layer. The platform consists of two simulators: one for the physical (PHY) layer and one for the data link (DLL)/adaptation (ADP) layer. The former is implemented in MATLAB, while the latter in OMNeT++.

A G3 Study of the Structure of Carbon−Nitrogen Nanoclusters

The Journal of Physical Chemistry A, 2010
Possible structures of the carbon-nitrogen clusters of the form C(m)N(n) (m = 1-4, n = 1-4, m + n = 2-5) were predicted for the neutral, anion, and cation species in the singlet, doublet, and triplet states, whenever appropriate. The calculations were performed at the G3, MP2(fc)/6-311+G*, and B3LYP/6-311+G* levels of theory.

Mercury resistance in Sporosarcina sp. G3

BioMetals, 2010
Mercuric reductase (MerA) enzyme plays an important role in biogeochemical cycling and detoxification of Hg and recently, has also been shown to be useful in clean up of Hg-contaminated effluents. Present study describes isolation of a heavy metal-resistant isolate of Sporosarcina, which could tolerate up to 40, 525, 210, 2900 and 370 μM of Cd, Co, Zn,
