Effect of G40 plasticizer on the properties of ternary blends of biodegradable PLA/PBS/G40
Journal of Polymer Research, 2019The ternary blends poly(lactic acid) (PLA), poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) and poly(ester adipate) (G40) were prepared and studied their properties by melt mixing method. It was found that the G40 influences the properties of PLA/PBS blends and the interfacial adhesion of PLA and PBS, which was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and an increase ...

G40(P) Chest pain presenting in Children's ED and the use of ECG: A pilot study
Archives of Disease in Childhood, 2014Aims Chest pain in children is a common presentation in the ED. It is known that chest pain in children, in comparison to adults, is less likely to represent a cardiovascular origin. Electrocardiographs (ECGs) are a relatively cheap and fast investigation, and can reveal cardiac causes of chest pain through appropriate interpretation.

Journal of Composite Materials, 2008
The objective of this study was to investigate the static and fatigue strengths of a G40-800/5260 carbon fiber/bismaleimide composite material, a type of high temperature CFRP, at room temperature (RT) and 150°C and to evaluate the practicality of this material.

Composites Part B: Engineering, 1998
Abstract The effects of the coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) of K3B/IM7 and X5260/G40-800 cross-ply laminates on matrix cracking are investigated. The composite CTEs are measured in the temperature range -50°C to 175°C. Based on this measured CTE as a function of temperature, the thermal residual stresses and energy release rates at the crack ...
