X‐band 8 × 8 phased‐array 4‐channel FMCW receiver in 65 nm CMOS technology
Optimized two radar RFICs for an X‐band 8 × 8 phased‐array 4‐channel frequency‐modulated continuous‐wave receiver is proposed using 65‐nm CMOS technology and the beam steering operation of the receiver module is demonstrated.

A signal separation method based on the subarray beam synthesis
Large‐scale arrays are widely used due to their advantages of high gain, high resolution, and strong beam control capability. The large number of antennas leads to a sharp increase in computational complexity, and thus, it is necessary to reduce the ...

Blind Calibration for a Linear Array With Gain and Phase Error Using Independent Component Analysis
A novel gain and phase blind calibration method for a linear array with non-Gaussian sources is proposed. In the proposed method, independent component analysis is used to estimate the product of the array error matrix and the array response matrix. From

Output-jitter performance of second-order digital bang-bang phase-locked loops with nonaccumulative reference clock jitter [PDF]
Bang-bang phase-locked loops (BBPLLs) are inherently nonlinear systems due to the binary phase detector (BPD). While they are typically used for clock and data recovery, the ongoing trend toward digital loop implementations has resulted in several ...
