In macrophage‐myofibroblast transition, upregulated NNMT depletes S‐Adenosylmethionine (SAM) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+), thereby triggering epigenetic reprogramming via Histone H3 Lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) accumulation at the promoter region of master transcription factor Prrx1.

The void galaxy survey: photometry, structure and identity of void galaxies [PDF]
We analyze photometry from deep B-band images of 59 void galaxies in the Void Galaxy Survey (VGS), together with their near-infrared 3.6$ $m and 4.5$ $m Spitzer photometry. The VGS galaxies constitute a sample of void galaxies that were selected by a geometric-topological procedure from the SDSS DR7 data release, and which populate the deep interior ...

Long‐Term Elevated CO2 Improves Soil Health and Rice Yields in Paddy Fields
Combining the two longest‐running rice free‐air CO2 enrichment experiments with a global data synthesis, this study demonstrates that long‐term elevated CO2 consistently enhances soil health. In rice paddies, this improvement sustains the CO2 fertilization effect over decades.

Dependence of Galaxy Structure on Rest‐Frame Wavelength and Galaxy Type [PDF]
We present a quantitative analysis of the morphologies for 199 nearby galaxies as parameterized with measurements of the concentration, asymmetry, and clumpiness (CAS) parameters at wavelengths from 0.15-0.85 micrometers. We find that these CAS parameters depend on both galaxy type and the wavelength of observation.

A Degradable Bioinspired Flier with Aerogel‐Based Colorimetric Sensors for Environmental Monitoring
Biodegradable fliers are developed inspired by Tipuana tipu samaras, integrating cellulose nanocrystal aerogel (CNCa) sensors loaded with natural dyes for pH and ammonia detection. The lightweight, degradable fliers mimic natural morphology and aerodynamics, offering an eco‐friendly, scalable solution for in situ environmental monitoring after passive ...

On a mechanism that structures galaxies [PDF]
By considering the interaction of a single stellar orbit with a weak cos 2Φ potential it is shown that in the central regions of galaxies with slowly rising rotation curves, the elongations of the orbits will align along any potential valley and oscillate about it. This effect is more pronounced for elongated orbits.

Galaxy and Mass Assembly (GAMA): variation in galaxy structure across the green valley [PDF]
Using a sample of 472 local Universe (z < 0.06) galaxies in the stellar mass range 10.25 < logM*/M⊙ < 10.75, we explore the variation in galaxy structure as a function of morphology and galaxy colour. Our sample of galaxies is subdivided into red, green, and blue colour groups and into elliptical and non-elliptical (disk-type) morphologies ...
