Spectroscopic characterization of the stellar content of ultra-diffuse galaxies [PDF]
Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 2018 Understanding the peculiar properties of Ultra Diffuse Galaxies (UDGs) via spectroscopic analysis is a challenging task requiring very deep observations and exquisite data reduction. In this work we perform one of the most complete characterisations of the stellar component of UDGs to date using deep optical spectroscopic data from OSIRIS at GTC.

Structure and stellar content of dwarf galaxies [PDF]
Astronomy & Astrophysics, 2002 We present B and R band surface photometry of 25 Southern eld dwarf galaxies within a distance of 10 Mpc. For each galaxy we give the essential model-free photometric parameters and, by tting exponentials to the surface brightness proles, the central extrapolated surface brightness and the exponential scale length, in both colour bands.
