Morphological and Multilocus Phylogenetic Characterisation of Fusarium Species Causing Fruit Rot in Pumpkins

Eight Fusarium species are associated with the pumpkin rot in north‐east Brazil. ABSTRACT Pumpkin (Cucurbita) is a cucurbit of great economic and social importance in Brazil. However, fruit rot caused by Fusarium species represents a significant limitation to crop production, compromising quality and hindering commercialisation.

The ecclesiastical fight against storm‐makers in the Latin west
