Harnessing delegation and technology to identify and manage malnutrition in a digital hospital: An implementation study

open access: yesNutrition &Dietetics, Volume 82, Issue 2, Page 218-230, April 2025.
Abstract Aims Delegation of nutrition care activities to Dietetic Assistants in hospitals has been identified as one innovative malnutrition model of care, but there has been limited evaluation of their roles. This study aimed to develop, implement and evaluate a new Malnutrition Model of Care embracing automated delegation and digital systems ...

Imaging of Abdominal Complications in Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia

open access: yesJournal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is the most common paediatric malignancy and remains one of the most common causes of cancer‐related death in children and adolescents. Five‐year overall survival rates now exceed 90% with current multidrug chemotherapeutic regimens. This improvement, coupled with the toxicity of chemotherapy, has led to the

Tgm2‐Catalyzed Covalent Cross‐Linking of IκBα Drives NF‐κB Nuclear Translocation to Promote SASP in Senescent Microglia

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 24, Issue 5, May 2025.
Tgm2 is highly expressed in senescent microglia. The Tgm2‐NF‐κB‐SASP loop facilitates senescence in microglia. Tgm2‐catalyzed covalent crosslinking of IκBα at K22 and Q248 in the cytoplasm of senescent microglia leads to a reduction in IκBα levels and NF‐κB nuclear translocation.
