Proceedings of the 27th International Conference on Real-Time Networks and Systems, 2019
Various legacy and emerging industrial applications require closed-loop control over multiple hops. Existing multi-hop wireless technologies do not completely fulfill the stringent requirements of closed-loop control. This paper proposes a novel wireless solution, termed as GALLOP, for closed-loop control over multi-hop networks.

The Galloping Horse sculpture is a homage to the works of Marey and Muybridge, both pioneers at the frontiers of art, science, the cinema and biomechanics. This animated sculpture pushes us to understand the extent to which we are movement ourselves: in our actions as we can ride this animal, or even as we imitate a galloping horse through child's play.
