Efek antikaries ekstrak gambir pada tikus jantan galur wistar
Anti-caries effect of gambier extract on male wistar rats. Several previous studies have mentioned that gambir extract can inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) because it contains active substances of catechins and tannins.

Extraction of Gambier using the boiling method and antibacterial activity test
Gambier is a dry extract derived from the Uncaria gambir (Hunter) Roxb plant. In this study, gambier extraction was carried out by boiling. The obtained Gambier extract is then tested for quality according to SNI 01-3391-1994. From the quality test results, it was concluded that the Gambier produced met quality 1.

COMBINATION OF GAMBIER EXTRACT AND BENZOIC ACID AS INHIBITOR OF CALCIUM SULFATE SCALE FORMATION
In this study, it was carried out the addition of a mixture of gambier (Uncaria gambir Roxb.) extract and benzoic acid as an inhibitor of scale growth of calcium sulfate using the seeded experiment technique. The experiment was performed on variations in the concentration of calcium sulfate growth solution with variation from 0.15 to 0.25 M by the ...

On real and imaginary roots of generalised Okamoto polynomials
Abstract Recently, B. Yang and J. Yang derived a family of rational solutions to the Sasa–Satsuma equation, and showed that any of its members constitutes a partial‐rogue wave provided that an associated generalised Okamoto polynomial has no real roots or no imaginary roots.

Comparing Geochemical and Geodynamical Models of Plume and Ridge Mantle Source Composition
Abstract We use a multidisciplinary approach to investigate how the parameter space of mantle convection affects present‐day mantle composition. We compare 22 forward geodynamical mantle circulation model simulations against 24 variants of a geochemical inversion model of the global radiogenic isotope data set of mantle‐derived lavas.

Optimization of net power density in Reverse Electrodialysis [PDF]
Reverse Electrodialysis (RED) extracts electrical energy from the salinity difference between two solutions using selective ion exchange membranes. In RED, conditions yielding a large net power density (NPD) are generally desired, due to the still large ...

AI‐Based Digital Rocks Augmentation and Assessment Metrics
Abstract Reliable uncertainty model calculation in subsurface engineering from pore‐ and grain‐scale to field‐scale relies on sufficient data, but subsurface data set acquisition remains a challenge, particularly in domains where data collection is expensive or time‐consuming, such as Computed Topography (CT) imaging for digital rock images.
