Blood‐based proteomic profiling reveals context‐dependent changes in BCL2‐associated signaling during taxane therapy in breast cancer patients

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. 研究元件具有无失效试验数据的贮备系统可靠性的评定问题.由无失效试验数据下元件可靠性置信下限的定义,得到元件分布参数的fiducial分布.并以此为出发点,对基于指数寿命型元件的无失效成败型试验数据、贮备系统的切换开关的成败型试验数据,在开关的成功概率分别为已知和未知的情形下,导出了由指数寿命型元件组成的贮备系统可靠性的fiducial置信下限的计算公式,并给出了算例.
