Flagellins as Vaccine Adjuvants and Cancer Immunotherapy: Recent Advances and Future Prospects
The figure depicts the role of flagellin in immune cells. Flagellin interacts with TLR5, resulting in the formation of homodimers and the recruitment of MyD88, which activates the IκB and MAPK signalling pathways. This results in the activation of NF‐κB and AP‐1, producing TNF‐α, IL‐6, IL‐8, and IL‐12.

Downward Terrestrial Gamma‐Ray Flash Associated With a Positive Cloud‐to‐Ground Lightning Flash
Abstract We observed a terrestrial gamma‐ray flash (TGF) shortly after the return stroke in a positive cloud‐to‐ground (+CG) flash during a 2025 winter thunderstorm in the Hokuriku region of Japan. The event was observed with multiple gamma‐ray detectors and radio antenna systems.

Direct Radiation Belt Injections and Their Auroral Counterparts
Abstract We present a case study of a moderate geomagnetic storm, which exhibits an abrupt relativistic enhancement in the heart of the radiation belt accompanied by low‐latitude purple auroral emission. The relativistic enhancement occurs on a timescale of tens of minutes and reaches MeV energies deep within the inner magnetosphere. The enhancement is
