Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Transition form factors $\gamma^*\gamma\to\eta$ and $\gamma^*\gamma\to\eta'$ in QCD
We update the theoretical framework for the QCD calculation of transition form factors $\gamma^*\gamma\to\eta$ and $\gamma^*\gamma\to\eta'$ at large photon virtualities including full next-to-leading order analysis of perturbative corrections, the charm ...

Metformin mediates mitochondrial quality control in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) fibroblasts carrying mtDNA mutations. At therapeutic levels, metformin activates AMPK signaling to restore mitochondrial dynamics by promoting fusion and restraining fission, while preserving mitochondrial mass, enhancing autophagy/mitophagy and biogenesis ...

A new class of gamma distribution
This paper presents a new class of probability distributions generated from the gamma distribution. For the new class proposed, we present several statistical properties, such as the risk function, expansions to density and cumulative function, moment ...

Gamma-ray linear polarization distribution
The formalism for describing the linear polarization of gamma radiation from oriented nuclei is reviewed. Coefficients A'/sub lambda//sub 2/ are introduced which give the polarization-sensitive terms in the directional distribution of radiation the same form as the polarization-insensitive terms.

Molecular hydrogen in the galaxy and galactic gamma rays [PDF]
Recent surveys of 2.6 mm CO emission and 100 MeV gamma-radiation in the galactic plane reveal a striking correlation suggesting that both emissions may be primarily proportional to the line-of-sight column density of H2 in the inner galaxy.

Sustainable bioplastics manufacturing from renewable sources
Bioplastics are manufactured by using polymers from different bio‐based sources. These novel materials not only offer biodegradability but also possess various functional properties that make them suitable for diverse applications. Recent developments in the preparation of bioplastics are reported, highlighting the distinct properties of each type of ...

Aged human bmMSCs are seeded in the scaffold. Osteoblastic induction can slightly increase cell's bone‐forming activity to produce bone‐like tissues, shown as the sporadic xylenol orange‐stained spots (the lower left image). Notably, pioglitazone plus EGCG co‐treatment dramatically increases cell's bone‐forming activity and bone‐like tissue production (

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.
