Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Generalized Bivariate Kummer-Beta Distribution
A new bivariate beta distribution based on the Humbert’s confluent hypergeometric function of the second kind is introduced. Various representations are derived for its product moments, marginal densities, marginal moments, conditional densities and ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Parameterized Finite Binomial Sums
We offer intriguing new insights into parameterized finite binomial sums, revealing elegant identities such as ∑k=0,k≠nm+n(−1)kn−km+nk=(−1)nm+nn(Hm−Hn), where n,m are non-negative integers and Hn is the harmonic number. These formulas beautifully capture

Taylor’s power law for the
Taylor’s power law states that the variance function decays as a power law. It is observed for population densities of species in ecology. For random networks another power law, that is, the power law degree distribution is widely studied.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Slightly \gamma-Continuous Functions
The purpose of this paper is to give a new weak form of some typesof continuity generalizing strongly alpha-irresoluteness, alpha-irresoluteness, alpha-continuity, precontinuity, semi-continuity, gamma-continuity and slightly continuity. In this paper, slightly gama-continuity is introduced and studied.

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...
