kernlab - An S4 Package for Kernel Methods in R [PDF]
kernlab is an extensible package for kernel-based machine learning methods in R. It takes advantage of R's new S4 ob ject model and provides a framework for creating and using kernel-based algorithms. The package contains dot product primitives (kernels),

Single‐cell perturbation responses are predicted across held‐out biological contexts using scPILOT, a query‐conditioned two‐stage latent response‐transfer framework. A shared latent representation supports cell‐level response estimation by latent optimal transport, followed by Leiden‐localized query‐specific transfer and adaptive weighting.

Anti-collinear resummation in JIMWLK evolution in the linear regime
The recently-proposed resummation procedure for anti-collinear logarithms in the JIMWLK kernel [1] is studied in the linear (BFKL) regime in the fixed-coupling approximation.

A Bayesian approach to parameter estimation for kernel density estimation via transformations [PDF]
In this paper, we present a Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation algorithm for estimating parameters in the kernel density estimation of bivariate insurance claim data via transformations.

Physical reservoir computing (PRC) based on spin wave interference has demonstrated high computational performance, yet room for improvement remains. In this study, we fabricated this concept PRC with eight detectors and evaluated the impact of the number of detectors using a chaotic time series prediction task.

ABSTRACT With the continuous development of computer image processing, developing efficient and low‐power computing devices has become a key challenge. Memristors have integrated in‐situ storage and computing capabilities, making them an ideal choice for low‐power image processing computing architectures. However, current memristors are confronted with
