Integrative Zoology, EarlyView.Vegetation cover promotes rodent activity and acorn dispersal, while wild boars exert a direct negative effect on mice. Conversely, deer and predators displayed no significant impact on rodent behavior. These results identify wild boars as the main disruptors of rodent‐mediated forest regeneration.
