Journal of Threatened Taxa, 2015 Orchidaceae family of Sanjay Gandhi National Park has been studied. 15 taxa belonging to 12 genera have been enumerated. Out of which, eight genera are epiphytic and four terrestrial.

Is land‐use deregulation enough to deliver housing?: The case of institutional frictions in India

Is the rent too high? Land ownership and monopoly power
Real Estate Economics, EarlyView.Abstract Pricing power in real estate markets can reduce housing supply and redevelopment relative to the social optimum. We show how pricing power interacts with popular redevelopment subsidies and zoning regulations. Using building‐level rental income data from NYC, we find that increased concentration is correlated with increased rents.
