The Case of a 28‐Year‐Old Woman With Medically Refractory Focal Epilepsy
ABSTRACT We present the case of a 28‐year‐old right‐handed woman with medically refractory focal epilepsy. Our results support that low grade glial tumours of germ cell origin (LGGTs) represent a phenomenon of maturation (either spontaneous or induced by therapy) of embryonic‐type neuroectoderm, being possibly equivalent to teratoma from a biological perspective.
