Neuroblastoma ranks third among pediatric malignancies.The case of a 3-year-old child is presented, who suddenly had frequent, unproductive, emetic cough; fever; and weight loss. Lung X-ray showed an opacity situated in the posterior superior mediastinum.

This report describes a female infant with stage 4 multifocal ganglioneuroblastoma with gastric involvement.The patient had a right cervical tumor, a left posterior mediastinal tumor, bilateral adrenal tumors, and bony and bone marrow metastases. The tumor cells were diploid and lacked N-myc gene amplification.

The authors present a case of extensive primary intramedullary spinal CNS ganglioneuroblastoma (GNB) in a 23-year-old man. Central nervous system GNB is a poorly differentiated neuroepithelial tumor composed of neuroblasts and differentiated ganglion cells, and these lesions are extremely uncommon.
