Investigating Decision-Support Chatbot Acceptance Among Professionals: An Application of the UTAUT Model in a Marketing and Sales Context

open access: yesJournal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research
This study investigates the acceptance of an AI-powered decision-support chatbot among professionals in a marketing and sales context, addressing a gap in technology acceptance research by examining data-intensive decision environments that remain ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Gap acceptance parameters for HCM 2010 roundabout capacity model applications in Italy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper deals with the field data observation and successive application of estimation procedures in order to estimate follow-up headway and critical headway at roundabouts. Average follow-up headway and average critical headway are two key parameters

The schizophrenia of modern ethical theories / trans. from Engl. D. A. Boroda

open access: yesОмский научный вестник: Серия "Общество. История. Современность"
The article examines the phenomenon of moral ‘schizophrenia’ of modern ethical theories — egoism, utilitarianism and deontology — arising from the gap between the declared reasons-values and real human motives.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Factors affecting EFL students’ acceptance of blended learning for writing: examining the mediating effect of self-efficacy and writing performance

open access: yesCogent Education
Despite research on the effects of BL on English writing, there remains a gap in understanding the factors affecting students’ acceptance of blended learning (BL) for English writing, especially examining the mediating roles of self-efficacy and writing ...

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
