The evolution of the dust and gas content in galaxies [PDF]
We use deep Herschel PACS and SPIRE observations in GOODSS, GOODSN and COSMOS to estimate the average dust mass (Mdust) of galaxies on a redshift-stellar mass (Mstar)-SFR grid. We study the scaling relations between Mdust, Mstar and SFR at z<=2.5. No clear evolution of Mdust is observed at fixed SFR and Mstar. We find a tight correlation between SFR

Automatic Measurement Device of Gas Desorption Data in Laboratory
The method of direct volume measurement via drainage is often applied in the process of measuring gas desorption in laboratory, but there are many problems such as too many people involved, large error in reading and complicated measurement process. The

Gas Flows and Gas Contents in Globular Clusters [PDF]
The flow of gas injected from stars in globular clusters is numerically studied by means of the time-dependent beam scheme. By using structural parameters derived by Peterson and King (1975) and taking radiative cooling and ultraviolet heating into account, we obtain the time variation of velocity, temperature and density distributions in the gas flows

Molecular gas content of shell galaxies [PDF]
Shells are fine stellar structures that are identified by their arc-like shapes around a galaxy. They are currently thought to be vestiges of galaxy interactions and/or mergers. The study of their number, geometry, stellar populations, and gas content can help us to derive the interaction or merger history of a galaxy.

Experimental study and weighting analysis of factors influencing gas desorption
Gas is one of the necessary contributing factors for coal and gas outburst accidents, and the gas desorbed in coal is the energy carrier in the outburst process.

THE DUST AND GAS CONTENT OF THE CRAB NEBULA [PDF]
We have constructed MOCASSIN photoionization plus dust radiative transfer models for the Crab Nebula core-collapse supernova (CCSN) remnant, using either smooth or clumped mass distributions, in order to determine the chemical composition and masses of the nebular gas and dust.

Molecular gas content of H i monsters and implications to cold gas content evolution in galaxies [PDF]
We present 12CO (J=1-0) observations of a sample of local galaxies (0.043e10Msun from the ALFALFA survey and 8 LSBs with a comparable M(HI) (>1.5e10Msun). Our sample selection is purely based on the amount of neutral hydrogen, thereby providing a chance to study how atomic and molecular gas relate to each other in these HI-massive systems.

Interacting galaxies on FIRE-2: the connection between enhanced star formation and interstellar gas content [PDF]
We present a comprehensive suite of high-resolution (parsec-scale), idealised (non-cosmological) galaxy merger simulations (24 runs, stellar mass ratio ~2.5:1) to investigate the connection between interaction-induced star formation and the evolution of ...

Optimization and application of W-P model for regional prediction index of outburst coal seam
In order to obtain the internal correlation of gas content and gas pressure suitable for different mining areas in Guizhou Province, and accurately calculate the measured values of the two indexes in line with the characteristics of coal seams, the W-P ...
