Self‐Healing and Stretchable Synaptic Transistor

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A self‐healing stretchable synaptic transistor (3S‐T) is realized using a p‐PVDF‐HFP‐DBP/PDMS‐MPU‐IU bilayer as gate insulator, where dipole‐dipole interaction enhances polarization to achieve a large memory window. Leveraging its neuronal biomimicry, the synaptic transistor demonstrates electrically compatibility with the biological brain. Furthermore,

Solution‐Processed Two‐Dimensional Indium Oxide on Sodium‐Embedded Alumina for Reconfigurable Optoelectronic Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

Effect and Response of Coal and Rock Media Conditions on Deep-Hole Pre-Splitting Blasting Techniques for Gas Drainage

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
Different types of deep-hole blasting techniques are needed to solve gas drainage problems in complex and variable cases. Blasting parameters suitable for mines are selected based on the relationship between blast stress field changes and gas flow ...

Polarity‐Reversible Photoresponse–Driven Autonomous Wavelength Discrimination in Quantum Dot–Tellurium Thin‐Film Photodetectors via Engineered Energy‐Band Alignment

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A quantum dot–tellurium thin‐film photodetector autonomously discriminates visible and infrared wavelengths through polarity‐reversible photoresponses. Engineered carrier separation and gain modulation enable filter‐free multispectral sensing within a single‐device architecture.

Gas Drainage Monitoring at Each Drilling Site. Gas drainage from virgin area by in-seam boring. (1st Report).

open access: yesShigen-to-Sozai, 1992
Continuous measurement on gas drainage was carried out at 22 drilling sites of No.1 and No.3 slope area in Minami-Oyubari coal mine. In this coal mine, methane drainage method from seam-road using each drilling site where 40-60 boreholes were drilled as gas drainage area has been developed. The results obtained are as follows.1) Patterns of gas drainage

Influence of Long Boreholes Layout and Drilling Length on Gas Drainage Based on Multifield Coupling Model of Gas-Bearing Coal

open access: yesAdvances in Civil Engineering, 2021
Gas drainage through long seam boreholes is an effective method to prevent gas disasters in coal mines. In this paper, a multifield coupling model of gas migration in gas-bearing coal was first established. Then, a quantitative characterization method of

Backbone‐Controlled Ion‐Side Chain Accessibility in Conjugated Polymers for Organic Electrochemical Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Backbone modulation in glycolated conjugated polymers governs ion accessibility to side chains, strengthes anion adsorption, and suppresses back‐diffusion. As the number of thiophene units increases, structural reorganization, retention, and synaptic plasticity are enhanced, leading to improved neuromorphic performance in electrolyte‐gated organic ...

High-efficient drainage technology of shale gas reservoirs with normal pressure in Pengshui Block

open access: yesYouqicang pingjia yu kaifa, 2020
The shale gas reservoirs in Pengshui Block belong to the normal pressure system, where the spontaneous production fails after hydraulic fracturing. This is due to the relative low energy and productivity of the reservoirs, hence it is necessary to deploy

Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.
