Single‐ and Dual‐Atom Configurations in Atomically Dispersed Catalysts for Lithium–Sulfur Batteries
Single‐atom and dual‐atom‐based atomically dispersed catalysts (ADCs) effectively address the shuttle effect and sluggish redox kinetics in Li–S batteries. With nearly 100% atomic utilization and tunable coordination environments, ADCs enhance LiPSs adsorption, lower conversion barriers, and accelerate sulfur redox reactions.

Here, SubNc single‐component organic photodiodes (SC‐OPDs) are investigated, which achieve highly competitive performance metrics, including high EQE, ultra‐low JD, and high specific detectivity (D*). This study emphasizes the critical role of an organic buffer layer in studying the interface energetics and effects to achieve state‐of‐the‐art ...

We present a tissue‐stimulator platform for seamless electrode integration with pancreatic tissue, applying uniform electrical stimulation through optimized design with biohybrid 3D printing. Advantageous effects of electrical stimulation on β‐cell function were observed, including enhanced calcium signaling, islet morphology, and maturation.

A ready supply of natural gas is now often taken for granted, but providing the consumer with gas of the right pressure at the right place and gas that will burn efficiently and reliably involves much application of physics.

Transformation of Traditional Gas Industries to Blockchain-Enabled Gas Industries
2022The author considers the main purpose of this chapter to be the presentation of a modern approach to the digital transformation of traditional business processes in the gas industry. Using the example of a pilot project successfully implemented in the gas industry, the author shows the process of synthesizing a high-tech supply chain infrastructure ...

The three previous chapters have all been concerned with major sectors of private industry, where the rules concerning pricing and output are based on the predominantly commercial considerations of profit-making, the growth of the firm, or some similar objective. The avowed aim of the nationalised industries is different.

I AM PLEASED AND FLATTERED to be with you and also to speak on the same program with Commissioner Nelson Lee Smith of the Federal Power Commission, whom I often appear before in regulatory matters affecting the natural gas business. Although I have occasions to disagree with him, I respect the integrity of his thinking and have found him at all times ...
