Effects of Pretreatment Temperature on Ni/CeO2 Catalysts for Low‐Temperature CO2 Hydrogenation
Two series of Ni/CeO2 catalysts were synthesized and their metal–support interactions were tuned by optimizing the reduction and calcination temperatures to enhance CO2 methanation performance. ABSTRACT Metal–support interaction (MSI) plays a key role in the intrinsic properties of catalysts and related catalytic performance, and it is crucial to ...

We examined whether slope‐driven runoff from paved roads alters roadside soil‐moisture in ways that facilitate the spread of Cochlearia danica, an Atlantic halophyte expanding into continental Europe. Downslope verges receiving concentrated runoff showed higher soil‐moisture and supported larger populations than upslope verges, despite low ...

CFD analysis of a diesel–CH4–H2 tri‐fuel engine shows that increasing hydrogen energy share (HES) enhances mixing and accelerates combustion, improving pressure, efficiency, and reducing CO and soot. At 60% HES, ISFC improves 26.2%, soot drops 95%, while NOx increases due to higher temperatures. ABSTRACT The global commitment to achieve net‐zero carbon

ABSTRACT Sugarcane vinasse, a by‐product of bioethanol production, poses a significant environmental challenge due to its high organic load and the large volumes generated. Anaerobic digestion (AD) has been widely explored as an alternative treatment, particularly in two‐stage configurations that can enhance methane recovery.
