Summary The 13th case of antral mucosal diaphragm in an adult is reported. Clinical and pathological features are described which suggest that the defect may be congenital in origin. The 20 instances of mucosal diaphragm located at the pylorus are discussed. Some appear to be congenital in origin, others secondary to peptic ulcer disease. Suggestions
