Pneumoperitoneum in two cats treated with trilostane for hypercortisolism
Abstract This report describes two cases of pneumoperitoneum in cats receiving treatment for hypercortisolism and diabetes mellitus. Both cats presented with abdominal distention and lethargy and diagnoses of pneumoperitoneum were radiographically confirmed.

ABSTRACT Gastric heterotopic pancreas (HP) often mimics submucosal tumors like GISTs on imaging. Multidisciplinary integration of endoscopy, EUS‐FNA, and histopathology is essential to avoid misdiagnosis. For symptomatic HP, minimally invasive resection is curative; asymptomatic cases require long‐term surveillance due to malignant potential.

ABSTRACT Crohn's disease can present with various extraintestinal symptoms; however, laryngeal involvement, particularly epiglottic ulcers, is rare. A 52‐year‐old man presented with a sore throat. Laryngeal endoscopy revealed an epiglottic ulcer. He had no gastrointestinal symptoms.
