Sigmoid Volvulus in a Young Adult With Cerebral Palsy: A Case Managed by the Paul‐Mikulicz Procedure

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT A 25‐year‐old male with cerebral palsy presented with sigmoid volvulus complicated by ischemia and fecal impaction—an underrecognized but serious risk in this population.
