A 25‐year‐old man developed sinus bradycardia and first‐degree atrioventricular block after ingesting a chlorantraniliprole 18.5% suspension concentrate formulation. Laboratory investigations were unremarkable, and ECG abnormalities resolved within 72 h with supportive care.
