Evaluation of Gastric Lavage for Stomach Analyses
North American Journal of Fisheries Management, 1983Abstract The efficiency of gastric lavage for the removal of stomach contents of two species of fish was tested at The Pennsylvania State University in 1981. A gastric lavage assembly for rapid evacuation of the stomach
The American Journal of Digestive Diseases, 1971A gastric lavage assembly has been developed for rapid evacuation of blood clots or pills from the stomach. The design specifications allow irrigation of the stomach to be accomplished with maximal evacuation efficiency. Using the gastric lavage assembly, particulate matter has been evacuated rapidly from the stomachs of 50 patients.
