Confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) is a novel endoscopic modality that provides real-time histological information via high-resolution magnified view of the mucosa. This study develops a multi‐dimensional vision Transformer‐based model, GAVR, to accurately distinguish gastric cancer T4a/b stages preoperatively.
