Ternary CQD‐TiO2–MnO2 Nanocomposite‐Enabled Aptasensor for Rapid and Sensitive Detection of Cryptosporidium

open access: yesElectroanalysis, Volume 38, Issue 1, January 2026.
The modification of the glassy carbon electrode with carbon quantum dot‐titanium dioxide‐manganese dioxide (CQD‐TiO2–MnO2) and the immobilization of the aptamer have significantly enhanced the performance of the newly developed aptasensor. This improvement has led to better electrochemical performance, an increased electroactive surface area ...

TALOs, Fill the Gap: Tafasitamab and Lenalidomide in Diffuse Large B‐Cell Lymphoma in the Real‐Life Patient Journey

open access: yesHematological Oncology, Volume 44, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT The combination of tafasitamab and lenalidomide (tafa‐lena) has demonstrated efficacy in relapsed/refractory diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL), as evidenced by the L‐MIND study. To investigate the therapeutic potential and safety profile of tafa‐lena in real‐life, we conducted a national multicentric retrospective study.

No QTcF Prolongation with Sepiapterin: Results From a Thorough QT Study in Healthy Subjects at Therapeutic and Supratherapeutic Doses

open access: yesThe Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Volume 66, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Sepiapterin and its major metabolite 6R‐L‐erythro‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) bind to distinct variants of phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH), which converts excess phenylalanine to tyrosine, thereby stabilizing, enhancing, and prolonging PAH activity.
