ABSTRACT The third reported case of synchronous colorectal adenocarcinoma and EBV‐positive DLBCL in an 87‐year‐old patient confirms the rarity of this synchronous tumor. Despite segmental resection, the patient died from postoperative complications, highlighting the need for multidisciplinary research into pathogenesis and management.
