Digital Data-Driven Mergers: Is a Data-Sharing Remedy a Panacea?
The article contributes to the current debate on the interplay between the data economy and competition law. First, on the basis of theories of harm related to datadriven merger, it is stated that such transactions require a particular assessment in ...

The Reincarnation(s) of Jaya and Vijaya: A Journey through the Yugas
Among the earliest reincarnation narratives found in India’s Puranic texts, we find the stories of Jaya and Vijaya, the two gatekeepers of the spiritual world. Though there is little in these stories to explain reincarnation in a philosophical sense, the

A photoactive tweezers system based on photoactive colloids is developed and systematically investigated in this study. Through experimental and theoretical methods, we demonstrate that the photoredox reaction catalyzed by a dye‐sensitized TiO2 particle generates a strong positive phototaxis, enabling self‐entrapment in the beam center.

Digital Markets Act and Competition Law: Is There an Issue of ne bis in idem?
In recent years, the importance of digital markets has grown rapidly. Any distortions in these markets had to be remedied by competition law, notwithstanding the fact that competition law was found in numerous studies not to be entirely up to this task ...

A Wireless, Passive Multimodal Wearable Sensor With Decoupled Sensing Capabilities
A wireless passive multimodal electronic skin is presented for the simultaneous perception of pressure, humidity, and odor through a frequency‐divided LC resonator array. The decoupled sensing architecture suppresses cross‐interference and enables independent signal readout under superimposed stimuli while maintaining high stability.

Universal Strategy for Phase‐Selective Synthesis of Monolayer TMDs via Colloidal Chemistry
ABSTRACT Colloidal synthesis of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) remains challenging regarding uniform size, thickness, and crystalline phase. While significant progress has been made in phase engineering, a unified chemical strategy for on‐demand selection of both 2H and 1T′ phases across multiple TMD systems within a single chemical ...

Additively manufactured triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) membranes offer an architecture‐driven alternative to hollow fiber bundles in artificial lungs. Multiphysics simulations and endothelialized prototypes show that the 3D‐printable membrane architecture improves gas exchange, blood flow distribution, and hemocompatibility, enabling ...
