Unsaturated biobased polyesters from bicyclic α‐pinene‐based diols
Polymer International, EarlyView.We present the synthesis of four biosourced unsaturated polyesters made from chiral terpene‐based diols and esters of renewable diacids. The resulting materials harbor a bicyclic pinene ring in their backbones which leads to enhanced thermal properties while still conferring susceptibility to enzyme hydrolysis for chains having a cis alkene.

A Hodge–Tate decomposition with rigid analytic coefficients
Forum of Mathematics, SigmaLet X be a smooth proper rigid analytic space over a complete algebraically closed field extension K of $\mathbb {Q}_p$ . We establish a Hodge–Tate decomposition for X with G-coefficients, where G is any commutative locally p-divisible rigid group.

Bethe-Peierls Approximation for Linear Monodisperse Polymers Re-examined

Silver‐Alloyed Wide‐Bandgap (Ag,Cu)(In,Ga)S2 Thin‐Film Solar Cells With 15.5% Efficiency
Progress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, EarlyView.This study reports improvements in compositional homogeneity, microstructure, enhanced radiative recombination, and extended carrier lifetime of CIGS absorber via Ag incorporation. The optimal Ag‐alloyed CIGS solar cells achieve 15.5% PCE and 948 mV VOC, competing with the VOC of the Ag‐free reference sample from the same batch.

Some remarks on the companions conjecture for normal varieties
Comptes Rendus. MathématiqueDrinfeld in 2010 proved the companions conjecture for smooth varieties over a finite field, generalizing L. Lafforgue’s result for smooth curves. We study the obstruction to prove the conjecture for arbitrary normal varieties.

Unlocking n‐alk‐1‐ynes conformers: Quantum “trigger finger” versus “stiff joint” conformations
Smart Molecules, EarlyView.Quantum chemical analysis reveals the unique function of n‐alk‐1‐yne terminus as a Quantum “Trigger Finger,” exhibiting two near‐isoenergetic conformers (Cs ${\mathrm{C}}_{s}$and C1 ${\mathrm{C}}_{1}$) locked by a symmetric high barrier. This contrasts with the lower asymmetric barrier of the conventional asymmetric “Stiff Joint” alkyl chain.
