Gauge Theories Without Anomalies

Physical Review D, 1972
Theories with spontaneously broken gauge symmetry but without triangle anomalies can yield renormalizable models of weak and electromagnetic interactions. We identify and discuss the class of anomaly-free gauge theories.

Gauge anomalies and scattering theory

Physical Review D, 1986
Global (Abelian) gauge anomalies, in an arbitrary even dimension of space, are expressed in terms of high-energy fermion scattering phase shifts, and evaluated using the eikonal expansion.

The Topolosical Origins of Gauge Anomalies

Communications in Theoretical Physics, 1984
In addition to the recent discovery that the Chern-Simons secondary classes are the topological origins generating special unitary gauge group anomalies, it is shown that some special orthogonal gauge group anomalies can also be generated, from the Pontrjagin and the Euler secondary classes.
