Anomaly inflow mechanism using Wilson line

open access: yes, 2007
It is shown that the anomaly inflow mechanism can be implemented using Wilson line in odd dimensional gauge theories. An action of Wess-Zumino-Witten (WZW) type can be constructed using Wilson line.

Invariant Regularization of Supersymmetric Chiral Gauge Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
We present a regularization scheme which respects the supersymmetry and the maximal background gauge covariance in supersymmetric chiral gauge theories.

(0,4) brane box models

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
Two-dimensional N = 0 , 4 $$ \mathcal{N}=\left(0,\ 4\right) $$ supersymmetric quiver gauge theories are realized as D3-brane box configurations (two dimensional intervals) which are bounded by NS5-branes and intersect with D5-branes.

The muon g − 2 anomaly in EOGM with adjoint messengers

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2023
The SUSY contributions Δaμ to muon g−2 anomaly can not reach 3σ in minimal gauge mediation models because of the strong correlations between the colored sparticle masses and the uncolored EW sparticle masses.

Gauge Anomaly associated with the Majorana Fermion in $8k+1$ dimensions

open access: yes, 2006
Using an elementary method, we show that an odd number of Majorana fermions in $8k+1$ dimensions suffer from a gauge anomaly that is analogous to the Witten global gauge anomaly.

Chiral anomalies in the reduced model [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
On the basis of an observation due to Kiskis, Narayanan and Neuberger, we show that there is a remnant of chiral anomalies in the reduced model when a Dirac operator which obeys the Ginsparg-Wilson relation is employed for the fermion sector. We consider

Topology of SU(N) lattice gauge theories coupled with ℤ N 2-form gauge fields

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We extend the definition of Lüscher’s lattice topological charge to the case of 4d SU(N) gauge fields coupled with ℤ N 2-form gauge fields. This result is achieved while maintaining the locality, the SU(N) gauge invariance, and ℤ N 1-form gauge ...

Conformal anomalies in noncommutative gauge theories [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2002
We calculate conformal anomalies in noncommutative gauge theories by using the path integral method (Fujikawa's method). Along with the axial anomalies and chiral gauge anomalies, conformal anomalies take the form of the straightforward Moyal deformation in the corresponding conformal anomalies in ordinary gauge theories.

Six-dimensional regularization of chiral gauge theories

open access: yes, 2017
We propose a regularization of four dimensional chiral gauge theories using six-dimensional Dirac fermions. In our formulation, we consider two different mass terms having domain-wall profiles in the fifth and the sixth directions, respectively.
