Supersymmetric economical 3-3-1 model [PDF]
The supersymmetric extension of the economical 3-3-1 model is presented. The constraint equations and the gauge boson identification establish a relation between the vacuum expectation values (VEVs) at the top and bottom elements of the Higgs triplet ...

Influence of gauge boson mass on the staggered spin susceptibility [PDF]
Based on the study of the linear response of the fermion propagator in the presence of an external scalar field, we calculate the staggered spin susceptibility in the low-energy limit in the framework of the Dyson-Schwinger approach.

On the gauge chosen by the bosonic open string [PDF]
String theory gives S matrix elements om which is not possible to read any gauge information. Using factorization we go off shell in the simplest and most naive way and we read which are the vertices suggested by string. To compare with the associated Effective Field Theory it is natural to use color ordered vertices.

Bosonic string quantization in a static gauge [PDF]
The bosonic string in D dimensional Minkowski space-time is quantized in static gauge. It is shown that the system can be described by D-1 massless free fields constrained on the surface L_m = 0, for m \neq 0, where L_m are the generators of conformal transformations.

Impact of the PDFs on the Z and W lineshapes at LHC
The parton distribution functions (PDFs) of the proton play a role in determining the lineshape of Z and W bosons produced at the LHC. In particular, the mode of the gauge boson virtuality is shifted with respect to the pole due to the dependence of the ...

Closer look at the possible CMS signal of a new gauge boson [PDF]
The CMS collaboration has recently reported a 2.8$\sigma$ excess of $eejj$ events with an invariant mass around 2 TeV. This observation can be explained in the context of standard model extensions with new gauge bosons $W'$, $Z'$ and heavy neutrinos ...

Exploring Dark Photon Production and Kinetic Mixing Constraints in Heavy‐Ion Collisions
ABSTRACT Vector U‐bosons, often referred to as “dark photons,” are potential candidates for mediating dark matter interactions. In this study, we outline a procedure to derive theoretical constraints on the upper bound of the kinetic mixing parameter ϵ2MU$$ {\upvarepsilon}^2\left({M}_U\right) $$ using dilepton data from heavy‐ion from SIS to RHIC ...

Graviton as a pair of collinear gauge bosons
We show that the mixed gravitational/gauge superstring amplitudes describing decays of massless closed strings - gravitons or dilatons - into a number of gauge bosons, can be written at the tree (disk) level as linear combinations of pure open string amplitudes in which the graviton (or dilaton) is replaced by a pair of collinear gauge bosons.
