Classes of complete dark photon models constrained by Z-physics
Dark Matter models that employ a vector portal to a dark sector are usually treated as an effective theory that incorporates kinetic mixing of the photon with a new U(1) gauge boson, with the Z boson integrated out.

A Large Magneto‐Optical Trap of Cadmium Atoms Loaded From a Cryogenic Buffer Gas Beam
We demonstrate laser cooling and trapping of cadmium atoms using deep‐ultraviolet light at 229 nm, capturing more than 1×107$1\times10^{7}$ atoms within 10 ms from a compact 5 cm Zeeman slower and cryogenic beam source. We achieve peak densities of 2.5×1011cm−3$2.5\times10^{11} \,\text{cm}^{-3}$ and phase‐space densities of 2×10−9$2\times10^{-9}$.

Coherence, Transport, and Chaos in 1D Bose–Hubbard Model: Disorder vs. Stark Potential
Quantum coherence and criticality in finite Bose–Hubbard chains are investigated using exact diagonalization. Thermal fluctuations, Stark potential, and disorder reshape coherence, visibility, and superfluid response. Finite‐size systems show signatures of quantum criticality, with disorder suppressing global superfluidity but preserving local ...

Transverse-Momentum Resummation for Gauge Boson Pair Production at the Hadron Collider [PDF]
We perform the transverse-momentum resummation for $W^{+}W^{-}$, $ZZ$, and $W^{\pm}Z$ pair productions at the next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy using soft-collinear effective theory for $\sqrt{S}=8 \text{TeV}$ and $\sqrt{S}=14 \text{TeV}$ at ...

Gauge Boson Mixing in the 3-3-1 Models with Discrete Symmetries
The mixing among gauge bosons in the 3-3-1 models with the discrete symmetries is investigated. To get tribimaximal neutrino mixing, we have to introduce sextets containing neutral scalar components with lepton number L=1,2.

Helicity amplitudes without gauge cancellation for electroweak processes
In the 5-component representation of weak bosons, the first four components make a Lorentz four vector, representing the transverse and longitudinal polarizations excluding the scalar component of the weak bosons, whereas its fifth component corresponds ...

Ambient Condition Superconductivity via Engineered Polaronic Environment
A novel strategy for increasing the critical temperature Tc of superconductors is proposed. It involves mating ultrathin layers of superconductors (e.g. MgB2) and metal‐organic framework materials, with a renormalized dielectric response yielding a new system with strengthened Cooper pairing via resonant antishielding. This study's estimates of Tc show

Electroweak gauge boson polarisation at the LHC [PDF]
A bstractWe study the polarisation of gauge bosons produced at the LHC. Polarisation effects for W bosons manifest themselves in the angular distributions of the lepton and in the distributions of lepton transverse momentum and missing transverse energy.

CP violation in loop-induced diboson production
We consider the impact of CP-violating Higgs and top interactions on diboson production from gluon fusion within the Standard Model Effective Field Theory framework.

Scrutinizing a hidden SM-like gauge model with corrections to oblique parameters
In view of the recent high precision measurement of the Standard Model W boson mass at the CDF II detector, we compute the contributions to the oblique parameters S, T and U coming from the two additional Higgs doublets (one inert and one hidden) as well
