Secret Sharing LDPC Codes for the BPSK-constrained Gaussian Wiretap Channel
The problem of secret sharing over the Gaussian wiretap channel is considered. A source and a destination intend to share secret information over a Gaussian channel in the presence of a wiretapper who observes the transmission through another Gaussian ...

Input–output Gaussian channels: theory and application [PDF]
Setting off from the classic input-output formalism, we develop a theoretical framework to characterise the Gaussian quantum channels relating the initial correlations of an open bosonic system to those of properly identified output modes. We then proceed to apply our formalism to the case of quantum harmonic oscillators, such as the motional degrees ...

Stabilization of L‐PBF Ni50.7Ti49.3 under low‐cycle loading was investigated. Recoverable strain after cycling was dependent on the amount of applied load. Recovery ratio was 53.4% and 35.1% at intermediate and high load, respectively. The maximum total strain reached 10.3% at a high load of 1200 MPa.

Dirty Paper Arbitrarily Varying Channel with a State-Aware Adversary
In this paper, we take an arbitrarily varying channel (AVC) approach to examine the problem of writing on a dirty paper in the presence of an adversary.

Secure Identification for Gaussian Channels and Identification for Multi-Antenna Gaussian Channels
New applications in modern communications are demanding robust and ultra-reliable low latency information exchange such as machine-to-machine and human-to-machine communications. For many of these applications, the identification approach of Ahlswede and Dueck is much more efficient than the classical message transmission scheme proposed by Shannon ...

Quasi-Concavity for Gaussian Multicast Relay Channels [PDF]
Standard upper and lower bounds on the capacity of relay channels are cut-set (CS), decode-forward (DF), and quantize-forward (QF) rates. For real additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) multicast relay channels with one source node and one relay node, these bounds are shown to be quasi-concave in the receiver signal-to-noise ratios and the squared source-

Influence of an Argon/Silane Atmosphere on the Temperature of a Thermal Plasma
The influence of a silane‐doped argon atmosphere on the chemical composition and temperature of a thermal nontransferring argon plasma is investigated using optical emission spectroscopy. As a result of the high amount of free electrons resulting from the stepwise ionization and dissociation of the silane molecule, even a silane addition of 0.01 vol ...

Gaussian Channel Model for Mobile Multipath Environment
A model of an angle-spread source is described, termed the “Gaussian channel model” (GCM). This model is used to represent signals transmitted between a user equipment and a cellular base station.

On the Gaussian Many-to-One X Channel
In this paper, the Gaussian many-to-one X channel, which is a special case of general multiuser X channel, is studied. In the Gaussian many-to-one X channel, communication links exist between all transmitters and one of the receivers, along with a ...
