Population and single‐cell analyses reveal immune cell‐specific expression profiles associated with Alzheimer's disease risk

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia, Volume 22, Issue 3, March 2026.
Abstract INTRODUCTION Dysregulation of the peripheral immune system may increase Alzheimer's disease (AD) risk, but the underlying cell type‐specific mechanisms remain unclear. METHODS We conducted Mendelian randomization and colocalization analyses of 4489 genes using single‐cell expression quantitative trait locus data from unstimulated and ...

A New Double Weighted Fuzzy Hypergeometric Naive Bayes Network and its Application for User’s Assessment in Virtual Reality Simulators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems
Assessment methods have been used for identify the quality of procedures performed by human beings. In virtual reality simulators, user’s interaction data can be collected and utilized by Single User Assessment Systems (SUAS) to assess the user’s ...

Estimate for initial MacLaurin coefficients of certain subclasses of bi-univalent functions of complex order associated with the Hohlov operator

open access: yesAnnales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis: Studia Mathematica, 2018
In this paper, we define a new subclass of bi-univalent functions involving a Hohlov operator in the open unit disk. For functions belonging to this class, we obtain estimates on the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and | a3|.

Bounds for novel extended beta and hypergeometric functions and related results

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
We introduce a new unified extension of the integral form of Euler’s beta function with a MacDonald function in the integrand and establish functional upper bounds for it.

Bi-Univalent Functions of Complex Order Defined by Hohlov Operator Associated with $(\mathcal {P,Q})-$Lucas Polynomial [PDF]

open access: yesSahand Communications in Mathematical Analysis
On this study, two new subclasses of the function class $\Xi$ of bi-univalent functions of complex order defined in the open unit disc are introduced and investigated.

Non-Gaussian integrals and general hypergeometric functions

open access: yes, 2020
By a non-Gaussian integral we mean integral of the product of an arbitrary function and exponent of a polynomial. We develop a theory of such integrals, which generalizes and simplifies the theory of general hypergeometric functions in the sense of I. M. Gelfand et al.

MATHIEU-TYPE SERIES BUILT BY (p, q)-EXTENDED GAUSSIAN HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTION

open access: yesBulletin of the Korean Mathematical Society, 2017
The main purpose of this paper is to present closed integral form expressions for the Mathieu-type $\boldsymbol a$-series and its associated alternating version whose terms contain a $(p, q)$-extended Gauss' hypergeometric function. Certain upper bounds for the two series are also given.

Monotonicity properties of the Gaussian hypergeometric functions with applications

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Inequalities
In this paper, the authors establish certain monotonicity properties of functions involving particular cases of Gaussian hypergeometric functions, which generalize known inequalities related to elliptic-type integrals and Grötzsch ring-type functions.
