Anti-Gaussian quadrature rule for trigonometric polynomials
In this paper, anti-Gaussian quadrature rules for trigonometric polynomials are introduced. Special attention is paid to an even weight function on [-?, ?). The main properties of such quadrature rules are proved and a numerical method for their construction is presented.

Graphical Framework for Non-Gaussian Quantum States [PDF]
We provide a graphical method to describe and analyze non-Gaussian quantum states using a hypergraph framework. These states are pivotal resources for quantum computing, communication, and metrology, but their characterization is hindered by their ...

On numerical solution of Fredholm and Hammerstein integral equations via Nystr\"{o}m method and Gaussian quadrature rules for splines [PDF]
Nystr\"{o}m method is a standard numerical technique to solve Fredholm integral equations of the second kind where the integration of the kernel is approximated using a quadrature formula.

Generalized Gaussian quadrature rules on arbitrary polygons [PDF]
AbstractIn this paper, we present a numerical algorithm based on group theory and numerical optimization to compute efficient quadrature rules for integration of bivariate polynomials over arbitrary polygons. These quadratures have desirable properties such as positivity of weights and interiority of nodes and can readily be used as software libraries ...

It is shown how the construction of Gaussian quadrature rules for Cauchy type principal value integrals, as well as for finite-part integrals with an algebraic singularity, can be based on the theory of Gaussian quadrature rules for ordinary integrals ...

Generalized LDPC Codes for Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communication in 5G and Beyond
Generalized low-density parity-check (GLDPC) codes, where single parity-check constraints on the code bits are replaced with generalized constraints (an arbitrary linear code), are a promising class of codes for low-latency communication.

Matricial Gaussian quadrature rules: Nonsingular case
Let $L$ be a linear operator on univariate polynomials of bounded degree, mapping into real symmetric matrices, such that its moment matrix is positive definite. It is known that $L$ admits a finitely atomic positive matrix-valued representing measure $μ$. Any $μ$ with the smallest sum of the ranks of the matricial masses is called minimal.

A Coherent Performance for Noncoherent Wireless Systems Using AdaBoost Technique
Boosting is a machine learning approach built upon the idea of producing a highly precise prediction rule by combining many relatively weak and imprecise rules. The Adaptive Boosting (AdaBoost) algorithm was the first practical boosting algorithm.
