Antimicrobial resistance and prevalence of Listeria species from raw milk and dairy products in Burdur, Turkey. [PDF]
Vet Med SciGraphical Abstract: No evidence of Listeria monocytogenes was found in Burdur's public bazaars’ raw milk or dairy products. Some strains of Listeria were isolated from other dairy products (cheese and yogurt) other than raw milk in the Burdur public bazaars. Some of the Listeria spp. were associated with genes effective in biofilm formation.

Vet Med SciPrepared standard ceftiofur solution is added to 2 mL of milk sample. The solution is stirred for 20 min. For the protein, precipitation was added to 4 mL of acetonitrile to the solution. The heterogeneous solution is stirred and sonicated for 20 min. The solution is centrifuged at 5180 rpm for 15 min.
