The tear‐and‐stack method enables the creation of twisted SrTiO3 bilayers with accurate twist‐angle control, which yield atomically sharp oxide moiré superlattices with emergent exotic topological polar vortices, thereby opening a new pathway for twistronics based on 2D‐like non‐van der Waals oxides.

Energy‐Efficient, Sustainable Cascade Glucose Electrooxidation into Glucaric Acid
This study presents a tandem system that efficiently converts glucose into glucaric acid while generating renewable electricity. Ultrathin Monatomic Antimony Films by Sacrificial Atomic Layer Deposition for Phase Change Memory
A three‐step sacrificial atomic layer deposition (s‐ALD) process enables wafer‐scale growth of ultrathin and uniform antimony (Sb) thin films. An ultrathin (≈4 nm) Sb film is uniformly deposited with its characteristic bilayer structure (Sb‐Sb) aligned along the substrate.
