Concrescent triplets involving primary anterior teeth
Odontogenesis is a complex process wherein more than 200 genes are known to play a significant role in tooth development. An imbalance can lead to an abnormality in the number, size, shape or structure of the developing tooth/teeth.

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Root Canal Treatment of a Geminated Maxillary Lateral Incisor: A Case Report
Dental anomaly in number, size, and shape might occur during dental bud morphodifferentiation stage. Gemination and fusion are the most common anomalies. Gemination exhibits two joined crowns and usually a single root.

Bilateral fusion in primary mandibular teeth: A report of two cases
The rare anomaly of fusion in primary dentition has very little documentation in Indian population. Two rare cases of bilateral fusion between primary mandibular lateral incisors and canines and primary mandibular central incisors and lateral incisors ...

Gemination in primary central incisor
Geminated teeth are the consequences of developmental anomalies leading to the eruption of joined elements. According to the current definitions, gemination occurs when one tooth bud tries to divide, whereas fusion occurs if two tooth buds unite.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...
