Photoinduced Selective Construction of Densely Functionalized Spirocyclic Ethers With Carbyne Equivalents

A reactivity programmed cascade between carbyne equivalents and allylic benzoates was developed that sequentially orchestrates all three reactivity modes of carbyne equivalents, enabling the rapid installation of three σ‐bonds at a single carbon center and providing efficient, scalable access to structurally diverse spirocyclic ethers. SAA/FPR2 Signaling Between Pericentral Hepatocytes and Macrophages Exacerbates Zonated Liver Transplant Injury

Rapid and Stereoselective Ring‐Opening Polymerization of rac‐Lactide Enabled by a Chiral Cyclopropenimine–Thiourea Catalyst

Chiral cyclopropenimine–thiourea organocatalysts enabled both high reactivity and precise stereocontrol in the ring‐opening polymerization of rac‐lactide. The bifunctional system exhibited a TOF up to 1,710 h−1 with Pm = 0.90 at 25°C, and achieved Pm = 0.99 at −78°C while maintaining a TOF of 16.3 h−1.
