It reveals FLS2‐dependent transcriptional reprogramming in epidermal and mesophyll cells, and uncovers crosstalk between immune and hypoxia signaling pathways.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Constitutive PRKCN expression is driven by super‐enhancers and modulated by NF‐κB signaling in multiple myeloma (MM). PRKCN activates mTORC1/2‐IRF4 signaling axis and favors tumor cell growth independently of its kinase activity. IRF4 reciprocally promotes PRKCN transcription, creating a feed‐forward loop.

NK Cell Activation by Platinum Boosts Immunotherapy in HR+/HER2− Breast Cancer
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Multi‐omics and single‐cell analyses identify activated NK cells as key mediators of anti‐PD‐(L)1 response in HR+/HER2− breast cancer. Platinum chemotherapy enhances NK cell cytotoxicity through NF‐κB–associated signaling, synergizing with immunotherapy and providing a rationale for combination treatment.
