Cmentarz ewangelicko-augsburski w Uniejowie został założony w latach 70. XIX w. i funkcjonował do 1945 r. W okresie powojennym uległ dewastacji i zapomnieniu. Mimo zniszczenia nekropolii zachowały się trzy nagrobki z czytelnymi inskrypcjami.
