Bayesian filtering for multi-object systems with independently generated observations [PDF]
A general approach for Bayesian filtering of multi-object systems is studied, with particular emphasis on the model where each object generates observations independently of other objects. The approach is based on variational calculus applied to generating functionals, using the general version of Faa di Bruno's formula for Gateaux differentials.

Cancer stem cells are associated with aggressive disease, but a deep characterization of such markers is lacking in endometrial cancer. This study uses imaging mass cytometry to explore putative cancer stem cell markers in endometrial tumors and corresponding organoid models.

This article is a kind of deferred review of a comment made in the debates on the “reform” of the field of literary historiography, published in the Romanic Review from 1926 to 1929.

Fractal generalized Pascal matrices [PDF]
Set of generalized Pascal matrices whose elements are generalized binomial coefficients is considered as an integral object. The special system of generalized Pascal matrices, based on which we are building fractal generalized Pascal matrices, is introduced.

Stochastic variation in the FOXM1 transcription program mediates replication stress tolerance
Cellular heterogeneity is a major cause of drug resistance in cancer. Segeren et al. used single‐cell transcriptomics to investigate gene expression events that correlate with sensitivity to the DNA‐damaging drugs gemcitabine and prexasertib. They show that dampened expression of transcription factor FOXM1 and its target genes protected cells against ...

Generalizations of Banach and Kannan Fixed point theorems in b_{v}(s) metric spaces [PDF]
Generalizations of a metric space is one of the most important research areas in mathematics. In literature ,there are several generalized metric spaces. The latest generalized metric space is b_{v}(s) metric space which is introduced by Mitrovic and Radenovic in 2017. In this paper, we prove Kannan fixed point theorem and generalize Banach fixed point

CircCCNB1 expression is down‐regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC); thus, less NF90 protein is bound to circCCNB1 and more binds to pri‐miRNAs, blocking their (pri‐miRNAs) binding to DGCR8 and inhibiting the processing and generation of miR‐15b‐5p/miR‐7‐1‐3p. Furthermore, decreased miR‐15b‐5p/miR‐7‐1‐3p promotes the expression of the target genes

A new characterization of generalized Browder's theorem and a Cline's formula for generalized Drazin-meromorphic inverses [PDF]
In this paper, we give a new characterization of generalized Browder's theorem by considering equality between the generalized Drazin-meromorphic Weyl spectrum and the generalized Drazin-meromorphic spectrum. Also, we generalize Cline's formula to the case of generalized Drazin-meromorphic invertibility under the assumption that $A^kB^kA^k=A^{k+1}$ for

Adverse prognosis gene expression patterns in metastatic castration‐resistant prostate cancer
We aggregated a cohort of 1012 mCRPC tissue samples from 769 patients and investigated the association of gene expression‐based pathways with clinical outcomes. Loss of AR signaling, high proliferation, and a glycolytic phenotype were independently prognostic for poor outcomes, and an adverse transcriptional feature score incorporating these pathways ...
