The Legal Nature of the Principle of Colegiality: A General Principle of EU Law?
This paper investigates the legal nature of the principle of collegiality as a principle of EU law. It mainly asks the following questions: what kind of legal principle is collegiality? Can it be considered as a general principle of EU law in its own right? And how does it integrate the EU legal system?

Opportunities of Semiconducting Oxide Nanostructures as Advanced Luminescent Materials in Photonics
The review discusses the challenges of wide and ultrawide bandgap semiconducting oxides as a suitable material platform for photonics. They offer great versatility in terms of tuning microstructure, native defects, doping, anisotropy, and micro‐ and nano‐structuring. The review focuses on their light emission, light‐confinement in optical cavities, and

General principles as a source of EU law and their specific legal effects
Pravni red predstavlja celoto pravnih pravil in pravnih načel, ki so akceptirana v določeni (državno) pravni skupnosti tudi v pravnih razmerjih, kjer se ta pravila in načela realizirajo.

2D α‐Co(OH)2 interleaved with Mo species displays an appealing dual functionality for the production and use of green hydrogen.Mo incorporation greatly benefits the electrochemical behaviour in Oxygen Evolution Reaction for H2 production, while the magnetocaloric response at liquid H2 temperature paves the way for alternative cryogenic refrigerants ...

Atomistic Mechanisms Triggered by Joule Heating Effects in Metallic Cu‐Bi Nanowires for Spintronics
Bi doped metallic Cu nanowires are promising for spintronics thanks to the stabilization of a giant spin Hall effect. However, heat resulting from current injection forces Bi to leave solution, forcing segregation into monoatomic decorations which evolve into coherent crystalline aggregates.

General Principles of EU Law and Audit Practice of EU Funds
Audit in the EU is not only ruled by law but also by audit standards which stem from the international audit practice. What are the implications of general principles of EU law for audit practice? This paper sets out to provide some insights into those principles of law as they are relevant to auditors.

Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.
